We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and summer dates. We only have one trailer, so dates fill up fast!
Just a flat, accessible area of at least 20' by 10' to park the trailer, and permission to access the location. We bring everything else — the trailer, balls, and all setup equipment.
We'll work with you to reschedule at no extra charge if weather makes the event impossible. We'll reach out the day before if there's a chance of severe weather.
Yes, a 20% deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due on or before the event day. We'll discuss the details when we confirm your booking.
We serve the Inland Empire area. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our primary service zone. Mention your address in the booking form and we'll confirm coverage.
We offer a 100% money-back refund guarantee for all cancellations made at least 24 hours before your event start time. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the event, the deposit will be retained and the remaining balance will not be charged.
